Tatjana Tatjana comes from Lithuania and just a few years ago, she couldn’t speak a word of Italian.

After completing her studies, she goes on holiday to Senigallia to visit a friend, and falls in love with the « Bel Paese ». Back home, she decides to attend an Italian language course because she has decided to move to Italy. The first town she lives in, after going back to Italy, is Fano, where she finds a job in a restaurant. When the restaurant closes down, she moves to Arezzo and stays with a childhood friend.

Here she starts working in a hotel, but she is still determined to follow her dreams. In fact, she decides to start a dog business, dogs being her great passion. That is how Beauty Dog was born! Beauty Dog is a grooming business for our four-legged friends. Meanwhile, Tatjana enters a series of grooming competitions with her giant poodle Zeus, and they win several prizes as well!

However, Tatjana’s ultimate goal has always been that of trying to do something more for dogs and their owners. She has always dreamed of carrying out her project of designing exclusive dog kennels, bowls and accessories that are able to satisfy the refined tastes of those pet owners who don’t want to buy just a plain mattress for their four-legged friends, but a true and beautiful piece of furniture.

On the other Hand Claudiois an expert cabinetmaker who owns a Joinery located between Tuscany and Umbria. He produces wooden furniture and home furnishings that are of the highest quality.At Claudio’s Joinery, technology and craftsmanship work hand-in-hand to create refined and sophisticated interiors.

A few years ago, Claudio found himself having to look for a home for 11 Maremma Sheepdog cubs, but he didn’t have enough contacts. Thanks to some friends in common, he met Tatjana and asked for her help.

After these events, the friendship that developed between the two soon turned into a collaboration. As it turned out, Claudio had the right tools to give life to Tajana’s project.

“Zeus by Joinery” is the perfect name that sums up the dreams and passions that Tatjana Ismajeva and Claudio Gelli have been nurturing for years. Zeus by Joinery is ebony woodwork, painting, luxury, design and research aiming at creating exquisite pieces of furniture that can cuddle our pet-friends.

In our shop, you will find wooden dog kennels with a modern or classical design. We also have bowl stands designed so that your dog can have a comfortable meal, and memory mattresses and cushions that will make your dog or cat’s corner really unique.

To produce our accessories, we use non-toxic and easily washable wood, steel and varnish, as we believe that your dog’s health is a priority.
