Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If you need assistance with your order we are here to help you. They are unique pieces of furniture, also designed according to the customer's wishes.

The return can only take place in the presence of obvious manufacturing defects or imperfections on the painting or decorating. Return need to be done within 14 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, i can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Purchase cancellation

If you want to cancel your purchase, you need to do it within 24 hours of purchase, and you will be refunded only 50% of the amount.

It guarantees the product as foreseen by the current legislation, in any case within the limits of correct assembly and subsequent use.

Clean with a dry, soft cloth; avoid the use of solvents and abrasives.
